If there is sagging, it is likely due to the mattress not properly supported on a flat, solid surface that can adequately support it. That’s why we highly recommend using a Stearns and Foster foundation with your mattress to provide the support it needs to perform as designed. If the mattress is properly supported, significant sagging may be a sign of a warranty issue.
