Yes, if you are unable to file a claim through our online form, you are welcome to contact us to request a claim through US mail. However, we recommend filing a claim through our online form for a quicker response. Please note that filing through US mail will take a few weeks longer than filing online, as it will take time for paperwork to be sent via USPS.
