You can use a bed frame or headboard with your power base. You will need to use a headboard bracket kit to attach the headboard to the base. While we don't offer that item here on our site, our sister company Tempur-Pedic® does. You can shop the headboard bracket kit here. Unfortunately, there is not a way to attach a footboard directly to the foot of the power base.
