How to prepare for In-Home Delivery

Stearns & Foster® mattresses, flat foundations, and adjustable bases all arrive via our complimentary In-Home Delivery.

What is In-Home Delivery?

Our complimentary In-Home Delivery includes delivery and set-up of your new Stearns & Foster® product. On the delivery day of your choosing, our delivery team will set up your new items in your room of choice, remove and discard all packaging materials, and even dispose of your old mattress and box spring, if requested – all free of charge. Removal is on a one-to-one basis, meaning for every mattress/base you purchase, our delivery partners will remove one mattress/base.

Prepare your Home

To ensure your delivery is a smooth, seamless experience, it’s best to prepare your home ahead of time. Here are a few helpful pointers as you prepare for your delivery day: 

  • Clear all walking paths (sidewalks, hallways, stairwells).
  • Measure doorways or narrow areas to ensure your new bed will fit comfortably.
  • Remove any decorative items that may obstruct or hinder delivery from walls and areas surrounding the bed.
  • Secure children and pets in a safe, quiet area until installation is complete.

Once your new product(s) arrives, inspect it and sign off on the delivery waiver. After delivery is complete, we encourage you to register your new products.  Once registration is complete, the only thing left to do is to enjoy extraordinary sleep with Stearns & Foster®.
