Photo 3: To correctly measure sagging, place a broom/yardstick across the area and a ruler placed against the broom at the lowest point of the sag.Note: Do not place the ruler under the broom or in a buttonhole, and ensure no pressure is being applied to the ruler when measuring.

The serial number is an 11-digit number located on the law tag, typically located on the bottom of the law tag beneath the barcode. If you do not see a serial number, there may be a PGC number that is typically 4 digits.
